This 6-story, 156,000 square-foot building with a 2-story parking garage was 100% leased within eighteen (18) months of shell completion. The project was leased at $1.50 per square foot above the budgeted pro forma and was successfully sold in August 2001.

Randy Heady & Company Realtors, Inc. served as the General Partner of Parkway Green Ltd., which began construction in March 1997, on Phase I of Parkway Centre, an 89,000 square foot, four-story luxury marble & glass office complex on the west side of Dallas North Tollroad just south of Parker Road. Phase I was completed and ready for tenants in December 1997. Construction financing was provided by First American Bank.
