Preston North Financial Center is probably the highest quality mid-rise office building in far North Dallas. Located at 18333 Preston Road at Frankfort Road, this five-story, 85,500 square foot building contains a unique dual atrium structure and a marble waterfall similar to the one found in the Trump tower in New York. The beautiful atrium and waterfall can be viewed from the two high speed traction, glass-backed elevators. Additionally, the building utilizes an energy management control for lighting and air conditioning.

The project was 53% pre-leased prior to shell completion. Pre-construction tenants included a division of the Fluor Corporation, U.S. Industrial Chemicals, Texas American Bank, a regional architectural firm and a national title insurance company.
