At the invitation of Lincoln National Life Development Corporation, Randy Heady and LNLDC formed a joint venture in 1978 to develop the first speculative office building in the Las Colinas Office Center. The building is located at 1300 West Walnut Hill Lane, across the street from the National Headquarters of the Boy Scouts of America. This 70,000 square foot, two-story office building features bronze glass, tan brick and an impressive atrium entryway. Through the efforts of Randy Heady & Company Realtors, the building was 68% pre-leased during construction. Such quality tenants as Four Phase (a subsidiary of the Motorola Corporation), Levi Strauss, I.C.L., Southwestern Life Insurance Company, Associated General Contractors of Texas, and AMP have been housed in Westridge.

The project was successfully sold to a foreign investor for approximately $100 per square foot.
