Nestled
between a serene wooded area and a winding creek lies Woodcreek
Plaza Office Building. Located at 101 West Renner Road, just east
of Central Expressway, this four-story, 88,000 square foot garden
office building was developed by Heady Investments in partnership
with General Electric Real Estate Equities. The project was 73%
pre-leased during construction, with 90% of the tenants being national
corporations such as G.E. Credit Corporation, G.E. Mortgage, G.E.
Manufactured Housing, a subsidiary of the A.C. Neilson Corporation,
and Avantek.
Leasing for
the project was handled by Randy Heady & Company Realtors, as
well as supervision of all tenant improvements.
The project
was completed under the approved budget, by more than $500,000.
